PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING POLICY

1- Our company, RMA HOLDING INC. ("Company"), through this ("Policy") sets forth the obligations and procedures that all its counterparties must comply with in obtaining, processing, deleting, destroying or anonymizing personal data.

In this regard, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") concerning personal data, Job Candidates, Customers, Company Shareholders, Company Officials, Visitors, Employees, Shareholders and Officials of Institutions, Subcontractors and Suppliers we cooperate with, and Third Parties ("Data Subject") have such status.

Under the Law, conditions and terms regarding the personal data processing activities carried out by the company ("Data Controller") are specified, aiming to inform data subjects, ensure transparency and obtain their explicit consent under the circumstances specified below. The Privacy Policy is published on our company's website (https://www.rmaholding.com.tr/) and made available to relevant persons upon request of personal data subjects.

Accordingly, this Privacy Policy ("Policy") has been prepared to process personal data in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and to inform data subjects in this context. Separately from this Policy, "RMA HOLDING INC. Policy on Processing of Employee Personal Data" has been prepared for company employees.

2-This Policy concerns all personal data processed automatically or, provided that they are part of any data recording system, by non-automatic means, primarily including Job Candidates, Customers, Company Shareholders, Company Officials, Visitors, Employees, Shareholders and Officials of Institutions, Subcontractors and Suppliers we cooperate with, and Third Parties.

The scope of application of this Policy regarding the groups of personal data subjects specified in the categories above may be the entire Policy or only certain provisions thereof.

3-The relevant legal regulations in force regarding the processing and protection of personal data shall primarily apply. In case of any inconsistency between the legislation in force and the Policy, the Company accepts that the legislation in force shall apply.

4- Data subjects whose personal data are processed within the scope of the Policy are categorized as follows:

Job Candidates; Natural persons who make their resumes and related information accessible to the Company by applying for a job or by any means.

Employees, shareholders and officials of institutions, subcontractors, suppliers with whom we cooperate and with whom the Company has business relations;

Customers; Natural persons whose personal data are obtained due to business relations within the scope of activities carried out by the Company, regardless of whether there is a contractual relationship.

Visitors; Natural persons who have entered and visited the Company's physical facilities for various purposes.

Third Parties; Other natural persons whose personal data are processed within the framework of this Policy, although not defined in the Policy.

Company Shareholder; Natural persons who are shareholders of the Company.

Company Official; Board members and other authorized natural persons of the Company.

5- In applying this Policy;

Explicit Consent; Consent given freely on a specific matter, based on being informed.

Anonymization; Making personal data unable to be associated with an identified or identifiable natural person in any way, even by matching with other data.

Personal Data; Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Special Categories of Personal Data; Data concerning race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dress, association, foundation or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data are special categories of data.

Processing of Personal Data; Any operation performed on data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, altering, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of personal data, whether wholly or partially automated or, provided that they are part of any data recording system, by non-automated means.

Board; Personal Data Protection Board

Policy; The Company's Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy.

Data Processor; Natural and legal persons who process personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authority given by the data controller.

Data Controller; The person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and manages the place where data is systematically kept (data recording system) is the data controller.

6- The issues regarding the processing of personal data of our Company's Job Candidates, Customers, Company Shareholders, Company Officials, Visitors, Employees, Shareholders and Officials of Institutions, Subcontractors and Suppliers we cooperate with, and Third Parties are regulated within the scope of this Policy text in accordance with the Law.

7- Personal data obtained with the consent of the data subject or for other legitimate reasons listed in the Law shall be processed limited to the purpose specified in the data subject's informed consent as stated in this policy or the measure required by the legal basis. After the legal basis ceases to exist, in cases where consent is not given or is withdrawn, all your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

8-With the Privacy Policy;

• To reveal what information belonging to the Data Subject is collected and what is done and not done with the said data,
• To determine the responsibilities of the Data Subject, Data Controller and third parties in protecting their rights and privacy within the scope of the Law,
• To explain the way of using the information shared for the purpose of providing a functional and useful service.

9- With this text, data subjects accept that they have been informed about the processing of their personal data and privacy policy and consent to the use of their personal data in the manner specified here.
